Important: Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not processed.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a BuySonic error (defective item, wrong product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference or error, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

- The amount refunded will exclude any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
